Thank You to Monika Kinsman at Thrive for hosting this event. It was so worth the drive over from the Peninsula to see Dr. Brian Clement speak live. I’ve heard him interviewed by Dr. Will Tuttle and various YouTube videos, but to see him in person was such a boost of inspiration. He’s a walking example of the energy available in human form when we put raw, vegan food in our bodies.
I got to ask him his recommendations for healing my eyesight with natural techniques. I’ve been working with the Bates Technique for a year and a half. My vision is improving but it takes a while after having glasses for 30 years. He recommended putting 2 drops of wheatgrass in each eye morning and night, Orthomolecular #4, and taping nikken magnets to the temple area of my head while I sleep Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. He suggested medical grade tape to hold the magnets in place. I’m going to start with the Orthomolecular and magnets, the wheatgrass in my eyes makes me a little nervous. And carry on with the Bates relaxation exercises, allowing more light to come in and being more receptive in general. It’s all connected.
