How to Reduce Inflammation and Arthritis Pain

After a foot injury, the doctor recommended ibuprofen. I knew that was hard on my liver and kidneys so opted for a new smoothie recipe. I’m not a doctor, but know that turmeric is excellent to reduce inflammation. Pineapple will give you loads of enzymes, coconut water will keep you hydrated and the cilantro will help you detox. Taking chlorella with it will help bind the toxins to make sure they leave your body.

Making crackers from juice pulp

If you’ve ever wondered what to do with all the pulp that’s left over from making juice, here’s a recipe for dehydrated crackers. Enjoy and let me know your favorite spices. Next time I’m going to use curry powder.
