I’m halfway through my third Purium 10-day cleanse and appreciating the abundance of nature all the time. Since I’m doing the cleanse 4 times a year now (at each solstice and equinox) it puts me in touch with nature and the changing of the seasons. When I look back at my life, (the normal accumulation of ‘things’ in my 30s and 40s) it was when I was focussed on man-made things that I started to feel scarcity. Constantly asking myself if I had enough. When I spend time in nature now, looking at the fall apple and pear trees in my yard I’m overwhelmed with the feeling that nature supplies all we need. When we stop exploiting and taking more than we need we’ll all have enough.
Watch this video to see how one little radish, 1/2 an avocado and a few freshly cut sprouts are transformed into a salad that looks like a feast. It’s crazy, the less I eat the more abundant I feel!
