Are you looking for someone to speak on presentation skills, communication skills, or leadership?
Finding the right fit for your audience is the key to a successful program. If you decide my services are right
for you and your organization, this is what I'll do for you:
Be available to discuss plans for my speech/training. Know what your organization does and why it does it. Know why your people would want to hear what I have to say on this topic. Notify you in advance of my travel itinerary.
Notify you when I arrive on site and contact you immediately if there are delays. Be reasonable and considerate in my use of room charges and expenses. Be in the meeting room at least one hour before I speak. Be dressed appropriately, always one step more formal than the audience members. Provide an easy, brief introduction and be available to coach my introducer. Coordinate with the set-up crew for optimal delivery to the audience.
Be aware of time and stay within the requested limits. Interact and connect with audience members with the use of eye contact and dialogue. Present well researched information with professionalism, humor and clarity. Never use off-color language or be rude to an audience member. Have a dynamic opening that brings audience members into the presentation. Close and summarize main points for maximum retention. Respond to emergency situations in a calm, deliberate manner.
Allow time after my speech/training to answer questions and hear comments. Check out and depart with minimal effort to you. Itemize my expenses and bill you promptly after the speech/training. Provide receipts as necessary. Be available for follow up consultation.
